New Blackphone revealed, giving full security to users privacy

A new Android based smartphone would be launched soon to provide full privacy in control of its users. The digital surveillance which is the biggest problem of nowadays, with this upcoming device the smartphone users will get some relief with the release of this gadget.

On Wednesday, Silent Circles in association with Geeksphone revealed about the Blackphone, the first surveillance-thwarting product giving consumers to make secure phone calls and text messages as well as full protection over exchanging files.

Blackphone is powered by a security oriented operating system, which is
Android build called as PrivatOS without access of anyone to user’s data.

The main idea of inventing the smartphone is from technology and security specialists’ team, including the creator of PGP, Phil Zimmermann; Mike Janke, CEO of Silent Circle and former U.S. Navy SEAL as well as efforts of some other experts.

Zimmerman said, “I have spent my whole career working towards the launch of secure telephony products,” added that “Blackphone provides users with everything they need to ensure privacy and control of their communications, along with all the other high-end smartphone features they have come to expect.”

Blackphone will officially unveil at Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona on February 24, on the same date the pre-orders will also be taken. There are not any current details about the price of the gadget.
